NEC Aspire IP1NA 8 KSU-A1 calls are quickly going to auto attendant.
How can I turn off the auto attendant or look and see why this is happening?

Check MB 22-05. If it is set to 102 then the calls are going straight to the AA. Change it to 1 to go to ring group 1. First, make sure your system is in the day mode (1).
