NEC Aspire directory programming 1

We have an NEC Aspire phone system, and do not know how to program the names in the directory.
Is there a code required?
I am a Nortel engineer, and I am not familiar with NEC.

There are 2 options either through programming mode or through feature code:

Using Feature code:
1.Press Speaker
2.Dial 853
3.Dial code 000 (Code from 000 to 999 total 1000 numbers)
4.Dial the number you want to store
5.Press Hold
6.type the name
7.Press Hold
Repeat steps from 3 to 7 for multiple numbers.


Using Program mode:
1.13-04-01 - input the number
2.13-04-02 - input the name
