NEC Aspire 8 - questions 1

Hello,
We have an NEC Aspire 8 unplugged and hanging on the wall not being used at one of our sites. As best that I can determine it has the CPU, VoiceMail, some 8 port analog and CO cards.

I'd like to explore using it at another site that has a 5 phone iWatsu Model VS-KSU.

I did read online that if reusing the CPU and Voicemail cards, than it requires a NEC Tech to reset them. Can someone verify this and also how can I download software for the Aspire or is that require a license etc?
