Is there a procedure where you can retrieve a subcribers mailbox saved message via .wav file to save on a disk?

Since the AD-8 did not support viewmail the only way to get a recording off is to setup a tbox for the subscriber you need to get the message from. Then listen to the message, redirect the message to the tbox. (this will make the message the greeting for the tbox) Using cosessions copy the greeting from the tbox to a file then transfer the file to your computer. Give the file a .vox file extension and you can use a program like Cool Edit to listen to it. I had to do this several times and this was the only way Active voice could give me to get the message off.
