Nec AD-40 problem

Hi!

We have a Nec 2000 phone system and the Neaxmail AD-40 voice mail with 16 ports.

Port 5,6,7 and 8 weren't working.
Port 5: Error 66-1,
Port 6,7 and 8: CWID

I did a shutdown and now port 5 and 6 are working fine but I have the message: Opening Box for port 7 an 8.

I'll be glad to read any suggestion!

Just solve my problem... I did a local connect on port 7 and after I disconnect the port works fine and the message disappear at the same time on port 8!

If the ports lock up again then open that box and unseat then reseat the Dialogic cards in the voice mail.
