ihave a sv8100 running with MyCalls Call Centre which has Agent control through the mycalls software, this morning the users was unable to view the agent control options, when you go to view there is no option for these.

i have re-installed my calls and uploaded the old config and I'm getting nothing all the services are installed and running

I have not hear of that product. Is it tested and approved by NEC?
How long has the SV8100 been installed?
This sounds like a licensing issue. The SV8100 has all licenses active for 60 days after power up. After that it defaults to only those licenses that were purchased and loaded. Check the documentation on the product to see if they mention what kind of licenses are required. Then check your system to see what licenses are loaded and active.
If all else fails, try a system reboot, but get a database back up first (PCPro).
