Experiencing a situation with a couple IP phones.
These are located in the same building (B) and PBX (A) is located in our main building.
The individuals can hear the party calling but the party calling can't hear them.
This is only happening on two extensions in building (B).

Sounds like a Network issue to me but make sure their handset is not plugged into the headset jack in error.
