nec 9100 ver 3.00 web browser issues

have been away from NEC for a few years now and been working on Mitels having issues with new computers and browsers in web pro saying please characters on our old 9100 at one site, is there an upgrade for the 9100 that will work with other browsers ?

Wow, I suggest upgrading that software so you can use Chrome etc... Just use IE for that version. In fact when you ever have issues with browsers go and use IE.
