Good morning
I have a customer who want to manually call forward her calls to her cell phone. I had her do 7419 and the number. It works when someone calls internally extension to extension. It works when front desk transfer a call to her extension and it forwards out to her cell. But it does not work when a person calls her DID off the PRI. Any suggestions
