NEC 9100, call forward to cell phone, user wants to transfer back to another extension

Hello. Hope you are doing well.

Our customer care team is about to get T-Mobile phones with Movius business lines.

I am wondering if this scenario is possible:
Call reaches Sue in customer care.
Call forwards on no answer to her cell phone.
Sue answers.
During the call she needs to transfer the caller to another extension.
Can she do that from her cell phone?
