Can someone help me with this trying to program a group pickup key on a phone.

So far I know CM20 - access code is *8 = A020 = group pickup

Do I need to assign a Feature key? I know headset = F1090 but I don't know where to find that info.

I guess alternatively I could ask how do I tell what F1090 is on a key?

F1090 is a headset key. Group pickup is F0020.

However before bothering check the soft keys as one of standard keys when you lift the hand piece is a group pickup key, look for pu in the display!

Ok thanks OzzieGeorge I'm doing this remote but I will ask the user to look at her soft keys. Again though how did you know group pickup is F0020 is there a standard sheet or a way to look this up in programming?

Ok so I found it not in programming but in the book (page 283) under command code 90 Data is F0XXX then under meaning is the list of standard codes for example:
F0020 = Call pickup
F0021 = Call pickup direct

Probably all known by people that had training but I kind of got thrown into this so I'm learning as I go; hopefully I will get training soon!!
