right now our system is currently set up that if you dial 911 it calls the operator, so that they can call what ever emergency service is need directly. Now they want to change it so that certain extensions on the system can also do this. The problem i am running into is getting the LCR set up correctly to only allow those extensions to dial 911 and not everyone. Thank you for your help
