NEC 8100 and 9100 CALLER ID TO EMAIL PROBLEM

Caller ID name is displayed in the Emails "Subject" line
If the caller ID name has (comma)"'" in it, its is rejected by google who provides our email domoain. and the email does not go threw to the person.
If the caller ID does NOT have a comma in it, it goes threw no problem.
Example
Caller ID name in Subject line is " Smith, John" it gets blocked
Caller ID name in Subject line is "smith john" it does not get blocked
Anyone else have this issue?

Never heard of this. The 8100 only passes on the info. What do you want the 8100 to do?

We think the problem exists in our Google email server.
