1.- I have read that this system has a computer based administration software, can somebody please provide a link to download it and how can I connect my PC to the telephone system?
2.- How can I troubleshoot one of its analog lines with no tone? I have follow the phone cable all the way to the patch panel and still no tone.
3.- What would be the programmer (admin) extension and how could I find it?
