Good day! We have some local calls in another area code. Telco recently added another office code that has to be added so we can dial 9-NPA-NNX-XXXX (no dial "1" first). Can't find where/how to add this into the data base. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you!

Start with listing out LSPA for 9, LFRS for all numbers dialed, and LOPR for all tables. This gives you your current LCR set up. For LSPA, you need to see what LCR dummy route you are using for LCR. If you dial 9 to get out then list out 9. For LFRS, list out all possible dialed numbers. Start with 90 - 999999999. This should give you all of you LCR program and show which OPRs are being used. The OPR's list the order of trunk routes for outbound dialing.
ASPA, enter 9 to see what your LCR dummy route is.
Then go to AFRS, enter the LCR dummy route. Add the number here.
Verify AMND for the proper number of digits to be dialed, include the 9.
Check AOPR for an existing dialed number and match it for the new number in AOPR.

Thank you very much! I'll give it a try. (Wish me luck!)
