NEC 2400 IPx IP Package Failure

Getting (Sup) alarm indicating this message IP Package Failure MG 0 Unit 0 Group 18. I've completly removed all stations on this card and relocated card with stations to new PIM, But still same alarm. VoIP is installed and is in use, but is located in highest virtual PIM nowhere new first stack. Any tips on how to resolve?
