Working with an Air Force Base, we are looking for an ACD monitoring software package that will allow ACD groups to be monitored in real time as to the number of calls in que and the time they have held. I do not know anything about the NEC, I'm an Executone guy and have set up a really cool multiygroup, multiview application at one of the sites which have an Executone, looking to do it with the NEC. The last NEC's I worked on were 1648's back in the mid 80's. So... They have a proposal for a "Smart Connect" system, just looking to see if this is the best option or if others are out there. email me at mwhite@ideacommidwest or reply here.
