I Installed 8 phones. Phones and I/C ok but no co trks.
My co card still flashing all 8 leds. Thanks in advance for what command I missed.

I take it you have installed your Cots ie. programmed cmds 30xx and 35xx?

If the card is still flashing on the 8 ports. The LEN's are not assigned in CM 10 or 14. Get the appropriate LEN's, and assign the trunks as D000, D001 . . . Then you need to set the trunk group and other attributes using CM 30 and CM35.
