I am working on a 2000 IPS that had a AD-8 Voicemail go bad. I replaced the VM with one that I had to get from a third party. The trouble is that the softkeys are not present on the phones when in VM. I talked to another tech and was told that some of the earlier VMs did not have the softkeys on the system. Is there a patch/upgrade to the VM that could fix this?
