NEC 2000 IPS Voice Mail Port 1

I have a voice mail port on the neax 64 voice mail that just rings. All other ports are working fine. Port 3007 seems to be "bad" for lack of a better word. Is it possible to disable it? Or can you suggest a way to perhaps fix it?

For a quick fix you can use command E50

E50>3007:0

Swap the extension with another vm port extension to see if the trouble is a bad dialogic port or if the trouble is on the PBX side.

If it is a bad port try rebooting your AD64.

Just pull the line cord out and plug it into a single line telephone and call it to see if it rings. Then see if you can answer it and get a talk path.

If it is an AD64 it's probably using digital ports.

I turned the port off for now. I was on vacation last week so I am still playing catch up with all my work. I will try rebooting the voicemail as soon as I get a chance.
