I am having an issue with a range of numbers on our 2000IPS only sending 4 digits out not 7. Because of this the extensions in question cannot call any 1-800 numbers because they need to see all 7 digits.... I have tried setting up the system with cmd 1212 , cmd 1213 , ect. but the extensions with the issue are still only show 4 digits on outbound calls. I had our service provider check things on there end and they are telling me its on my end...Any suggestions on where I should look next?

I'd start with the usual troubleshooting steps, reset PRI, reset system, then...
I suggest you set one of those extensions back to the default in CMD's 1212 and 1213. No CID will go out. Then test it. If it works, then your problem is with the IPS. If it does not work then You need to get your CO provider to monitor a call and see what is going on.

Yes. I have checked 5005 and made sure it was setup correctly...I also looked at the number ranges that are working correctly to see how they were setup and tried to setup the range that not working correctly like them.

Is there somewhere else in the system that controls what numbers are shown on outbound calls? I am more familiar with the NEC 2400 PBX's . This is the only 2000 IPS PBX that we have and I am not as familiar with he deeper commands and settings on it. our other 6 PBX's are 2400's. I know I must be missing something somewhere but I am unsure of what it is....

The 3 commands for outbound CID are 1212, 1213 and 5005. I suggest you build a new extension and test it. And, go back to the basics, reset the system.
If the new extension works, then try deleting one of the bad ones and rebuilding it. When you delete an extension and rebuild it, the settings go back to the defaults. Just in case some undocumented command was set by accident.
