NEC 2000 IPS-ACD?

I have an agents phone that will not login. When you hit login it jump up on the LCD for 2 seconds and it will not let you login. I looked at the Graph..Config and it showed the status as lock_out. Now it shows idea but it still want let it login.

Any weird thing is that one line shows "count a dial (after the TRK hold)"

Things they didn't go over in basic clas last week.

To unlock an agents position, you will need to do a supervisors Tally Code.

Press the Tally button or dial the tally access code.
Then dial 068aaaa# aaaa=the agents extension number

How do I find tally code? Is it F0xxx some thing or what?
