I have several handsets that cannot retrieve calls from a "Park" status. When I look at the programming of the "Retieve" key it says Vacant. I have been able to program FA keys that are set as FA keys, but i havent been able to get beyond a "Vacant" status. I have the Mutliline Terminal Programming Manual, but im having difficulty finding my answer. Thanks for any help.

If your key is showing "vacant" when you press feature and the key it's probably not programmed properly in MB4-12. First of all make sure you are programming the right port, and also double check to make sure that you don't have a FA key already programmed on another key with the same number.(i.e. FA 02 on key4 and key6)the system will see it as an error and will put one of the keys at NO. The code for call retrieve is 4#.

I was the programming of the Line Key preventing the change, it was set to NON. Thanks for your help.
