I have the NEC 2000 IPS Phone System and the NEAXMAIL AD-40 Voicemail. I have just installed the viewcall software on a Windows XPSP system for testing. Viewcall is recieving the calls fine but I'd like to dial a call from the Viewcall interface however when I select a contact, the dial button is greyed out. Any ideas?
