We have an IM-16 LX voicemail system connected to our NEAX 2000 IPS system.
He have a block of fax numbers that drop the fax into individual's email.
Problem is, when people call the fax number, the voicemail picks up and says something like "this is the fax box for john smith, press the start button on your fax machine after you hear the tone"
This has to be the worst idea ever because 40% of fax machines dont know what to do and hang up.
Is there a way I can get rid of all the messages so when a fax number in our voicemail is called, they just get the fax tones and nothing else?
