Hi
We have one of these in our hotel in Australia
The handsets are NEC - Dterm 16DH
We have six lines on rotary exchange
What we want to do is be able to divert all the lines when needed to an alternate number that is not an extension - that is an outside number
Any ideas to try?
Kind regards
Stephen

It all depends on how the calls are currently being routed to the six buttons. Do you have Indial or is this a case of six lines in rotary? Indial could be more akward than a rotary group but not impossible.

You can have a hunt group set up with your lines set up to ring the pilot number and then have the pilot number (which is normally programmed to be permanently busy) appear on a key on the phone. You would then select that key and forward the line to wherever you want.

Are you looking at doing this yourself? Where in Australia are you?

You're a hard man to pin down. If I get the chance I'll try again tomorrow.
