We were asked to set up a multi line phone that could act like a scaled down switchboard on a 16 button NEC Determ handset. We have set up 4 lines in a hunt group on it but they want the phone to ring if a call is on hold or someone is on the phone. (we checked the volume on the phone, command 9001 and looked a service restrictions) So far no luck.
