Operator has ETJ-16DD with two Add-on modules. All trunks are on PRI. Restricted phones would like to call her and receive dial tone for one unrestricted call. System is about 10 years old. I have been doing adds, relocates with very little know-how. Previous vendor had converted from copper trunks to PRI. With copper trunks Operator could transfer dial tone using a loop button, I believe.

Passing dial tone was easy for PSTN but as with ISDN the call is actually sent out as a packet I think the only way to do this is to get the operator to dial for you then pass the call to you.
