NEAX2000IPS Ring on 2 digital phones

HI!

Can anybody assist on this? We have a NEAX2000IPS, is it possible for 2 dterm to ring when either local is called? e.g. ext. 100 and 101 will both ring when ext. 200 calls ext. 100 or 101.

Yes, You can add a line appearance on a spare key for the other extension on each phone and have it ring to an incoming call. Alternatively there is a feature called group call by pilot number where both can ring to a pilot number and the first to answer gets the call and the other becomes free to take the next call.

Thanks for the informaiton, I'm not familiar with the programming, on the line appearance, what cmd procedure must we do?

Also, I observed the dterm phone displays have 'inizialize' on it?
