Hi!

I'm here again asking on why the password we use on the IPS is not responding on MatWorx13?

We have been using this password ever since we created it but when we had to replace the server and re-installed the MatWorx13, we can only view but not edit. THe password was never changed.

When we log in MatWorx, it gives us and error on password, then a 'successfully connected' box appears, but when we start programming, the data cannot be edited or changed.

Any thoughts on this?

You can still log in without the proper password, however you cannot make any changes. You need to input the password in CMD 03.

If you have legitimate physical access to the system, you can reset the password without the old password. See here.....
