HI!

Can anyone assist, I have an existing NEAX2000IPS and using ISDN, we've change the extension number of some locals, e.g. 600 to 610... after this, the line cannot access an outside line, the DID does not start with a 6xx but a 4xx only so there will be no DID.

We've copied the parameters of the other extensions with oustside line but still no access.

Any thoughs on this?

Thanks!!

Check CMD 93 for prime line assignment. EX: 93>610>600:610 EXE. It probably still has the prime line of the old extension number.
To convert DID's use CMD's 7600/7601/7602 if necessary.

Hi Belvedere,

Sorry it took awhile, just want to say Thank you for the assist, it worked and the all affected extensions has outside line.

Also, just a quick one, how to assign DID on the extension.

Thanks again!!! [bigsmile]

CMD 7600>incoming DID> to table number
7601> table number to inside extension (day)
7602> table number to inside extension (night)
EX: DID is 3 digits, 300. send it to extension 200 using table number 000
7600>300>000
7601>000>200
7602>000>200
NOTE: incoming DID number range has to be allowed in number plan. EX: CMD 200>3>803, allows 300's for 3 digits.
incoming DID trunk route must have 3518 set to 0 to allow use of CMD 7600. EX: 3518>30>0
