NEAX2000IP ISDN and E1/R2 card

Hi!

We are pushed by our service provider to convert from E1/R2 to ISDN/PRI.

After research, the ISDN card for the IPS is PN-30PRT what we have is a PN-DTA and PN-DTB with 4RSTB. In the manual, there is a switch setting to convert it to ISDN.

Can I say that we can continue with the conversion with our existing card or we need to purchase the PRT? Also, is the license covered with this feature?

The CPU comes with 5 licenses for T-1/PRI. That card should be good, however you will need to do a fair amount of reprogramming. I suggest installing it as another card using different trunk routes. That way if you follow programming guides you will not overlook anything.
