NEAX2000 PBX - ext. is programmed to dial out when picked up 1

I have an extension (analog) that is dialing out when it is picked up. What command is used to program the phone to forward when you pick it up? Thanks so much for the help! Donna

It sounds like it was set up as a hot line. Check CMDs 1203 for kind of telephone. Check CMD 5200~99 for hot line destination.
