I maintain a NEAX2000 IPS/DM/DMR network with approximately 46 sites and growing. We need to go to five digit extension numbers eventually do to possible number block conflicts. So I was wondering if anyone knows of any limitations or restrictions when using five digit dialing with any IPS 2000 feature, CallCenterWorx or NeaxMail?

Neax2000 IPS using five digit ext numbers

None that I know of. I help maintain large networks with 5 digit numbering and haven't had any related problems.
Question for both Ozziegeorge and tst4echo: I have someone setting up an NEC DM and Samsung DCS Gateway. They are having a lot of trouble getting this working, however I am sure it can be made to work. I see that both of you have set these up with a large network and maybe you could assist in any direction as to exact points to check, or even know if someone has more familiarity with the Samsung side to get this working. Please let me know if there is some way to contact either one of you. Appreciate it.

Would love to help but I just fix them when they break. Not that experienced in initial setup. However I will have a look at your thread on the subject and see if I can find anything out.
