On a NEAX 2000 IVS, I'm trying to set an Extn to CFWD RNA to voicemail (Pilot 4099) using the E602 command.
But after entering an extn number NNNN and pressing DE I get a message saying
"CODE NOT USED" and I can't enter a destination digits.
Anyone know why or what that messages is referring to?
Any suggestions?

Your system may be password protected. You can look at anything in the program but you cannot change it until you clear the password. If CMD E9>9 = 0 then a password is enabled. Enter the password in CMD 03> 7> password - EXE.
Check CMD E9>7>. Sometimes the password is not set to encrypt and you may be able to see it.

Some of the early ICS software didn't have access to Cmd E6XX so if there isn't a password set, you may well be out of luck!

Whoops! slip of the finger there. I should clarify that the IVS was marketed in OZ as the ICS120!

CMD E6XX was added in the IVS somewhere around software level 1800/1900.

Thanks for the responses. I was able to get around the "CODE NOT USED" by setting the CFW RNA using 6* at the phones
After I created a level 7 password in CMD EO7 and EO8 I was able to use the 6* NNNN - at the individual phones themselves to set the CFW RNA. Prior to the password input I got a "Access Denied" message when I tried to use 6* at the phones.

Again - I appreciate the timely responses
