I got a couple of request from my manager.

Setup message button so that you only have to press the message button. Right now message the CS button and I am on node two and I enter just 2800.

Why does the system have to be wordy? when you first log in it tells you to "remember to enter 3 or *...."

Can you change it so that you can enter only 6 to delete Voicemail? not 3 then 6.
