I have a big problem. 1st, I'm not familiar enough with this switch nor any at that matter, but this is the problem.
People can dial the main number, be transferred and the call works, If there is a DID to a person, the person can hear the ring, pick up, but the person calling can't hear the person they are calling when they speak. Is this a pbx setting. routing? what? No idea!

Ok, these are dumb questions now...

How would I do that?
This would be kind of puzzling. Since there are only adds/moves and changes being done. Would this be an electrical issue?

Right now it appears that there is a T1 down at the CO, It doesn't look like the NEC is the problem. And the DID Block is on the same T1.

I'll finish this post with complete resolution if the T1 is not the issue.
