Dear frens,
I have the above system,i am new into it.i have done the basic programs,i have placed 8COTBF on 4th slot, i am taking 9th pair as CO line, 2 Dterms r connected i am getting dial tone, programmed LCR for route number 10, and 9 as access code for CO line, but i am not getting CO line Dial Tone, where i am missing? is there basic program to be done? plz help me out... thanx in advance..

Why are you using the 9th pair? the first three slots use up the first 24 pairs (LT0) the 25th pair of each tail being spare. The first Len of your Cot card will be on pair 26 or rather pair 1 of LT1. Have you programmed the lines in Cmd 30? is the route programmed in Cmd 35?

Hey Buddy Thanks for the reply,i really appriciate this site bcoz i find i reply for the Queries.I forgot to mention the PBX i am using is IPX 2400,and i am using Slot no-4, LT00 i have conncted the CO lines.when i am dialing 9 it takes the first line, it shows busy but no dial tone.

Check MBTK It's been a long time since I installed a new trunk card (I'm on maintenance these days) but if I remember correctly they initially come up in make busy state.

I should have appologised for not reading the title and then giving a solution for the wrong system.

No problem its ok.
but i checked MBTK as well its Idle.am i missing somthing...?

You should be routing to your dummy route (31) not route (10). I've never programmed a trunk before but I've done alot of routing. Did you do ASPA, AFRS, and AOPR?
