It depends on what you are referring to as an "IP Pad Card"
an IPLA is not necessarily the full story, nor is an IP PAD. What do you really want to know?
Because if you are referring to how many concurrent IP to IP calls then that is different to how many concurrent IP to Legacy calls. The thing is once an IP to IP call is set up the IP-Pad is virtually out of circuit and can be busy setting other calls up. Once an IP-IP call is set up the IP-PAD has little to do with the call from then on. With IP to Legacy, the IP-PAD is in constant use passing data from legacy to IP and Vice Versa.
