Hello. We have a NEAX 2400 IMS that all of the sudden does not allow outgoing dialing through CCIS T1's or ISDN PRIs. Outgoing calls using direct trunk access (##) works fine, any trunk. Incoming calls also work fine.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

CCIS and PRI's use virtual registers, if have have programmed virtual extensions in 013240 thru 013317 you should move them. Other than that make sure you have a good back up and reset the system that will release them. If you know an NEC engineer that is good with BAID they may be able to help but a reset will be much faster, since the 2400 IMS has been EOL for some time now.

Thanks for the quick response. The reset did the job!

Thanks again.
