Neax 2400 Hotel System

I am new user trying to work with the Neax 2400 system.

Curently I am trying to switch an extension by useing the command ASTN, It gives an error that this hotel is not supported. (I am trying to keep everything the same) Is there any other command I should be using to do this. Or is there a way to change this by the Lens.

They look like this.

The Hotel motel software is different and you should seek out the right manual. The commands are different in that they take into account whether it is an Admin or a Guest station, off the top of my head (and on this I am not a frequent user) you could try AGST or AAST depending on which it is (admin or guest) or I could have got them completely wrong as I don't have the manual to hand.

You cannot use astn in a H/M system. You have to delete it then reassign it using the H/M commands that Ozzie listed.
