NEAX 2400 ACD

I have a NEAX 2400 and I'm trying to create pilot number for our ACD using AMNO. I'm getting a busy signal when calling the new pilot number.

Our AD-120 controls all the greetings. Here's what I've done

ASDT - Extension
AMNO - Pilot Number
Create a Voicemail box
Split Data
Pilot Data
Create ACD Agent

I've been doing this for years but for some reason I can't get this pilot number working.

Do not assign asdt for the pilot. ONLY assign AMNO for the monitored number.

ASDT is for the Extension not the pilot number.

Toll Number>DID(1234)>x1234 Voicemail>Pilot Voicemail 5XX>ACD

strange. Using Pilot# 505 didn't heard 3 busy tone then hung up. User 515 and working perfect.

Any reason on what was causing the problem?

Are you using unique NMI's for your AMNO assignments.

Had issues in past where two pilots sharing an NMI, delete first pilot and other pilot stops working too.
