Neax 2000IPS Emergency Answering Service Forward

I have the NEAX 200IPS with AD-64 Voicemail and I know basically how to manage users and make minor changes.
In the AD-64 I have a Subscriber that is basically a transfer to an outside Emergency Answering service. I need to change answering service companies, so I will need to change the number that the Subcriber forwards to. However I don't see where to do that in the voicemail system. is this something i need to do in CAT mode? If so what commands would I use to do that?

More than likely it isn't the voice mail that's doing the forwarding, it's the extension that the voicemail is transferring to. Look to see what extension it transfers to, then go to command E600 put in the ext. then put in 9 a comma and the new number.
