NEAX 2000 Secretary Pickup

I nned to set a secretary up that wants her bosses line to ring on a button on her phone so she can pickup his line. How do I do that within the phone? I also have Matworx Pro installed, can I use this to program easier?? Help!!

Go to command 9000 and put the boss on a button at the secretary phone and make the button ring in command 9001.

In MATWorX get the station data for the secretary's extension. Set one of the keys to be the boss' extension. When the boss' extension rings, the secretary should see it and be able to answer the call.

I do understand that but where in the Matworx do you do that? What feature in Matworx is it called?

It is called key data assignments within the "Station Management" add-in. Just select one of the buttons, which should bring up keycodes. Select the Line Keys button, and then station. It will then ask for the station number you want to add. You can add an extension or a virtual. After you save this to the PBX the next time that line rings in it will be displayed on this persons phone.
