NEAX 2000 IVS with NEAX Mail AD-40 Not lighting message waiting light 1

I have a user that I can not get the voice mail to light the message waiting light or post that the user has messages. Previously the user had MIC SYS. STA in the display and those have also disappeared.

Any suggestions how to get this user back to the way they were before?

Check command 1303 and make sure it is set to 0. This will make sure that message waiting is allowed for that extension. Also check the AD-40 to make sure message waiting is set in that box. Then Go to Command 1222 and make sure it is set to 0 for your soft keys. You can the goto 1223 to see witch pattern is assigned to your soft keys. If all of these commands are set right then try rewriting each one of them. If this doesn't work post back.
