Neax 2000 IVS with Hansen Cash Call Software 2

We use this software to track incoming and outgoing calls. But it doesn't track station to station calls. Is there a way to set that up. Does the PBX support that? Thanks...

The NEC IPS does not support station-to-station SMDR Reporting in the same PBX. I will over CCIS or Tie Lines.

ok I don't know alot about PBX's in general. So if you don't mind explaining a little bit more of your answer. Are you saying the PBX doesn't support that. What is CCIS and Tielines? What is the R11 software??? Our system is the old IVS. not IPS. Thanks for you time guys!!

The IPS is a desendant of the IVS and at this time none of the 2000 PBXs support station-to-station SMDR. CCIS is a form of supervised Tie Lines used between NEC PBXs. R11 is the next release of Software for the IPS. The IVS can be upgraded to an IPS and if R11 will support Station-to-Station SMDR and this is a requirement that is needed the only way to get it will be to upgrade. I would suggest checking with your saleman to verify that Station-to-Station SMDR is provided or planned in an upcoming release of software.
