Neax 2000 IVS System Configuration Questions

Hi,

I am new to NEAX 2000 IVS phone system. But I have to maintain or configure this phone system.

I have some questions regarding above phone system:

1. We have lost the login and password for the above phone system. But we have password to Voice Mail system , which is attached to NEAX 2000 IVS.
Does any one know how to access the NEAX 2000 IVS system from Dterm Series Phone or Hyper terminal from PC and program it?
Please let me know step by step instructions.

2. Where I can get used installation/Configuration/Maintenance used manuals (may be downloadable) for the above systems

Hi Wayne50,

Wedophones.com is a good web site for Phone systems manuals. I am also looking for Repartee Installation/Maintenance manual from Active voice. Active Voice manuals are not ready at weophones. Do you know any other web site for these VM manuals?

to disable the PW try setting the phone system in offline mode. No calls processed. and disable PW service.

procedure is as follows.
1. On the MP set the sense wheel to a 3 and reset.
2. Then using a terminal emulator connect to PBX bottom connector 9600 N 8 1 VT-100
3. When connected press the / key.
4. at Command= enter E9 and press the Space Bar.
5. then enter the space bar again and enter 1 then press the . key should get a OK back
6 Now place the sense wheel back to a 0 and the PW service should be turned off.
