NEAX 2000 IVS on hold message

I need to figure out how to change or delete the on hold message for the NEAX 2000 IVS. We recently changed hotel franchises and the old on hold message has old franchise name. Need help immediately in the central PA area. Thanks.

You probably have an external music on hold player that either has a tape or a CD in it. That is where you want to change the MOH. Hope this helps. The 2000 ivs can't supply a message like that itself.

dontworx is correct look for a player of somesort in the room where the phone system is. First start with the Jack on the front of the CPU if not there then look in the room the 2000 has the ability to play MOH through a trunk card.
look in command 4800>00> if 0200 then its through a trunk card if 1400 then its through the jack on the CPU.

Some messages and MOH can be supplied internally if recorded to a PN-2DATA card. I have seen this many times in hotel installations. On the card one trunk announcement was the wake up call message while the other was used for the MOH.
