NEAX 2000 IVS Dterm not ringing 1

I have one extension (6993) the has visual indication of a ring (on soft keys), but no sound.
I hit Feature (0) and turned the ringer volume up and ringer sounds fine, but still no audible ring for external or internal calls to this extension.

Check command 9001 and see if its set to ring.
