Recently I have been going through our PBX and cleaning up junk data, unused ext's and setting other things correct. During this I notice that in cmd 1212 that some of our ext's were not set to the same subscriber code. Now to the best of my knowledge this is where this is setup. In cmd 5005 de 00 de = our area code and office code (xxx-xxx). and then in cmd 1212 you can set the subscriber code (xxxx). After I did this I noticed that some of our extensions are still displaying unavailible. Even though in cmd 1212 is shows that ext showing the correct data. What step am I missing. I came across this because when I leave work I forward my desk phone to my cell phone because I am on call. Now calls coming in to the pbx and then being forwarded to my cell always have shown up as unavailible. But now calls that are coming from stations at work, just dialing my 3 digit ext and getting forwarded to my cell are showing up that way. There are maybe 10 exts total that I know of. I remember vaguely that there was a cmd that you could set the caller ID data to show up as private. That would be useful to know as well. Thanks

Thanks that fixed it. isn't there a cmd that you can set that blocks caller id. so when you call someone it shows up as private? I just can't remember what it was...
